These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brightened Seasons website and any services, content, or membership programs we provide, including The Season Pass. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Brightened Seasons provides marketing services for resorts, lodges, campgrounds, and destination properties, including but not limited to brand positioning, content strategy, email marketing, search and AI visibility services, website design, and guest retention systems. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any service engagement will be outlined separately in a service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

The Season Pass Membership

The Season Pass is a monthly membership offering marketing resources, guidance, and tools for resort, lodge, and campground owners. Membership is billed monthly at the rate selected at signup. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of a billing cycle already in progress.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, content, approvals, and information reasonably necessary for Brightened Seasons to deliver services. Delays caused by missing access or approvals may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their property (such as website content and design files), excluding any third-party tools, templates, or systems used to produce them. Brightened Seasons retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for individual service engagements will be specified in the applicable service agreement. The Season Pass is billed on a recurring monthly basis as described above.

Limitation of Liability

Brightened Seasons will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, booking volumes, search rankings, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightened Seasons is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement as outlined in the applicable service agreement. The Season Pass may be cancelled at any time as described above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
